Emancipet Comes to Wimberley with Low-Cost Spay/Neuter Service

Plan now to take advantage of the low cost neuter/spay clinic in Wimberley for your pets or strays on Wednesday, September 15, 2010.
Emancipet will be at Brookshire Brothers Grocery at 14100 RR 12 in Wimberley, Texas. Please call 512-847-2878 for an appointment.

Emancipet is bringing a mobile unit to Wimberley to the Brookshire Brothers parking lot. This is a very inexpensive way to have an animal neutered with
top-quality veterinary care. You can bring your pet or those neighborhood community strays you've been
feeding.
Details:
- Call 512-847-2878 to make an appointment.
- Dropoff time is between 8 and 8:30 AM
- Pickup time is usually between 5 and 5:30 PM, however you will be given a pickup time when your pet arrives.
- Make sure to bring your pet on a leash or cats must be in a secure box or carrier.
- Take away food after midnight before surgery, but...
- If your pet is a kitten or puppy (under 4 months) please do not take away their food.

Emancipet is a nonprofit organization, located in Austin, Texas,
dedicated to the emancipation of pets from euthanasia and
overpopulation, and the interest of overall pet health and general
animal welfare. To reach this objective, Emancipet has an outreach
program in surrounding communities offering low-cost (in some cases
free) spay/neuter procedures. Emancipet is committed to solving this

Rabies shots are also available for a low cost with the procedure.
Extra costs may be required for special needs. Plan to
drop your pet off in the morning and pick him or her up in the
afternoon.
