Ruby Jane is a fiddler, singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist bandleader of "The Ruby Jane Show" showcasing her distinctive Americana mix of country, jazz, bluegrass, and blues. With deep familial and cultural ties to Mississippi where she lived for her first 12 years, she now resides in Austin, TX.

And...she is only 17 years old.

Hear her at Susanna’s Kitchen on Thursday, April 19, 2012. Susanna's Kitchen is a monthly coffeehouse hosted by the Wimberley United Methodist Church in the WUMC fellowship hall, open to the public. Tickets are available at the door, $15 for adults, $5 for children, childcare is available from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Pie from Wimberley Pie Company, organic coffee from Hill Country Natural Foods, and hot tamales are always on site! Doors open at 7:00 pm, with music starting at 7:30. This is a smoke-free, alcohol-free venue.
