Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 24, 2011) is one day that everyone in the entire Wimberley community can enjoy a full Thanksgiving feast.
Thanks to volunteers who come together to bring a happy Thanksgiving to the area, the meal will be served from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Wimberley Community Center.
The event is free to anyone who comes. Even those who are home-bound can look forward to a delicious meal. Home delivery is available by calling 512-847-7215 and leaving your name, address, phone number and the number of meals needed.
With over 400 plates served last year, this year's event is planned to include more friends and neighbors than ever.
Of course, this neighborly event would not be possible without the donations of time and money by people in the community and here are ways you can participate through helping, if you are inclined:
Business or personal donations:
Make donations at Ozona National Bank or at the dinner
