We are currently organizing volunteers, tasks, monies, and schedule of events. As usual the meal with and all the trimmings is free to all.

Persons wishing to volunteer services that day may contact Rodger Parker during work hours at 512-847-7215, or after hours at 512-625-8120.

Volunteer opportunities include:
  • Greeters
  • Servers
  • Delivery
  • Clean-up.

We also need volunteers to assist in our  set-up, scheduled for Wednesday Nov 24th 1:30.

For home deliveries contact Cave at 512-847-2765. We also want to know who must work that day and would like a meal(s) delivered to the workplace. Please include name(s), address and how many meals are needed.

Folks desiring to donate money for this event may do so at the Ozona National Bank under the Wimberley Community Thanksgiving Dinner account or in the jar  at the event itself.
