Despite recent badly needed rain that caused a few instances of flooding over the roads in the last few weeks, Wimberley roads are now dry and in service.

Although neither is recommended for through traffic in any case, gates remain closed at the following low water crossings:
The crossing at Hidden Valley Road at the Blanco River
The CR 1492 crossing that connects RR 12 with River Road at 7A.
