Rio, with the tens if not hundreds of millions of dollars a week the illegal drug trade brings in, it's not just Marcos's problem, it's the whole USofA's problem.

If you want to get scared, read either Down By The River or Murder City, both by Charles Bowden. They may have them at ther library.

Or you could see if they can be bought at the Friends of the Library booksale, Oct 1 (for members) Oct 2 for the genral public. [shameless plug]
