My friend and neighbors were very worried, could see embers falling into the yards next door. The fire was only a few feet away from two wooden structures and next to a group of cedars.

They were timid about it (I don't think they should be!!!) but finally called the Fire Dept for help. By this time the fire was a roaring conflagration and neighbors were visualizing a very unhappy Christmas.

According to BFF, small red truck from fire dept showed up and a conversation took place. A few minutes later the fire was out and everyone around the place breathed a sigh of relief.

The Fire Dept is great! They showed up, they handled it, and there is no doubt they saved houses and lives before destruction could began. That is so cool!

It's impossible to understand how the mind of such a guy (the firebug) works, but the neighbor said they felt so relieved knowing the fire dept is there when you need them and with no complaining. They are total heroes.
