Rotary Club of Wimberley is a member club of Rotary International which has 32,000 clubs in 168 countries
The motto of Rotary is "Service Above Self" which demonstrates the humanitarian spirit shared by all Rotarians.
Internationally, Rotary has led world efforts to eradicate polio, illiteracy and starvation.
In addition, Rotary seeks to promote cultural understanding and peace through exchange programs between its member nations.
The Rotary Club of Wimberley meets on Tuesdays at noon. Beginning July 16 2024, we move to our permanent meeting location at the Wimberley Library meeting room. Currently we are on our Summer Schedule of meeting twice a month instead of weekly. Please check the Calendar.
We are a family friendly, sociable group of professionals who gather to do good works together. The lunch time meetings do not interfere with a home life, yet service projects can be intergenerational. We are a small club, but powerful in our common mission: to encourage lifelong learning, improve employability, and build community.
