With icy rain and a handful of shoppers, it was a reminder of the unpredictability of Central Texas weather. VisitWimberley.com was the official website for Wimberley Market Day for a decade, including 2007. All us volunteers were on board, and you'll see nearly all who showed up that cold, cold, day.

	Fire Off Purgatory Road 2006 saw one of the worst droughts in many years, which created extreme fire danger year round. This fire was one of several in the Wimberley area fought off by the quick responses of local firefighters and support teams.
