The 2019 Wimberley Jubilee parade started out as is typical for this time of year, with temps in the high 80's under a sunny sky. Continuing the ever LARGER and Larger trend, 2019 turnout lined both sides for as far as the eye could see. This year there were more smaller displays representing the growing diversity that is becomeing Wimberley. Parents, grandparents and children alike enjoyed every minute of the parade. Political floats as always were big, bright and present. The Jubilee Parade was the beginning of a long Holiday Weekend since it was on a Thursday. The parade ended and for many folks the following weekend was filled with family and friends, fireworks and food.
