Jana White's Woodcreek Home Shows How To Blend a Lifetime of Treasures
Backing up to the golf course on a main road in Woodcreek is the home of Jana White. Jana purchased the home in 1981 and recently remodeled and expanded the home. She first started coming to Wimberley in 1954 with her grandparents and moved to Wimberley in 1975.
Jana worked with design consultant Eric Quinn and specialty painters Denice Calley and Tamara Arnold during the remodel and expansion completed in 2008. Both Eric and Denice will be at the home during the tour.
Jana has a knack for simply using accessories and furnishings that have caught her eye and pulling everything together beautifully. Not only does the home have an array of local artists, and artisans and craftsman contributing to the decor, but there are mirrors from Sam's Club, a guest room decorated Americana, an office that leaves no doubt a Longhorn fan resides here, and many more treasures collected throughout a lifetime. Docents will have countless intriguing stories to share as you explore this home.
