Home of Mike and Dee Regan
This Woodcreek North home is a delightful open floor plan of 1840 square feet with a pergola-covered deck that extends the living area. Mike and Dee’s home is filled with collections, antiques, treasured keepsakes, and family gifts.
Christmas is definitely in the air with an Irish flair. Irish and Scottish Santas will be displayed in the office, along with a 25-year-old handmade nativity scene. Whimsical snowmen nestle in the dining area, Christmas cookie jars sit atop kitchen cupboards, and beer taps line up along the deck’s pergola. Jolly old Saint Nick himself will greet you as you enter this Christmas wonderland. Lovely theme-decorated trees brighten every room...crystal-and-white, Hallmark, Irish, Coca Cola and kitchen trees among them. Besides the holiday ambiance, the home is filled with family heirlooms and vintage pieces that grace the home every day.
After touring this home you will be in the holiday spirit! Be sure to stop at the historic Winters-Wimberley House to stock up on holiday gifts. You will find a wide assortment of handcrafted items, embroidered aprons, handmade quilts, theme baskets, and a delectable selection of baked goods, candies, pickles and preserves in the home’s original parlor from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. The proceeds from the Gift and Bake Shop along with the Home Tour tickets sales will go back to the Wimberley community as monetary gifts to 25 community entities and scholarships to 10 graduating high school seniors.
