The 23rd Annual Wimberley Community Civic Club Home Tour:
The Wright's 7-Star Ranch Overlooks the Blanco River

Sponsored by the Wimberley Community Civic Club, the 2010 Hill Country Homes Tour for the Holidays is Friday & Saturday, November 19th and 20th from 10 AM to 5 PM..

7-Star Ranch Overlooking the Blanco River

7-Star Ranch, located on a bluff overlooking the Blanco River within minutes to Wimberley, was named for the seven-member Wright family who immediately fell in love with and purchased the property in 2005. The home is situated on eleven and half acres to take full advantage of the spectacular views and the privacy of the property.

As the gate opens to the well manicured grounds you feel the grandeur of the property yet are secluded in the Wrights' idyllic haven. Immediately upon entering the home your eye is drawn to the imposing arches that define the home's main living areas. The two-story 5600-square-foot home open floor plan flows from room to room with wonderful views of the Hill Country from every room. Throughout the home you will find works of art from many local artists as well as internationally known masters.

The back terraced covered porch is a favorite spot to hang out and enjoy the wildlife the Hill Country has to offer. The grounds feature a lagoon style pool and spa complete with a cascading waterfall and a putting green on the bluff overlooking the river. An 85-step path leads down to the river’s cypress tree lined edge where there is plenty of room to enjoy a picnic and splash in the crystal clear waters of the Blanco River.

See the Wright's home and six others on the 23rd annual Hill Country Home Tour, sponsored by the Wimberley Community Civic Club, November 19 and 20, 2010 from 10 am – 5 pm each day. Tickets for the seven homes will be available for $15 at the Wimberley Visitors Center.
